National Curriculum Review - SMA views endorsed by Black Cat Music

The Schools Music Association is urging members and interested parties to respond to the call for evidence and puts the case for music remaining a core subject in the review of the National Curriculum.

Writing on the SMA Facebook, Carole Lindsay-Douglas says, "Make sure you submit your opinions on the National Curriculum by 14 April. www.education.gov.uk/NCReviewcallforevidence Anyone may comment. Vital that as many of us as possible show support for MUSIC. Most MPs don't rate it at all!"

Black Cat Music endorses the SMA's call to submit evidence that music should remain a core subject.
